I’m Alissa Norman, founder of Healing Light, and I guide people through light-based, energetic, and cellular wellness experiences.

My journey into this work began in 2014, when my physical body started to break down and I could no longer find relief through more traditional approaches. In a moment of surrender, I asked for guidance, and Reiki and Emotion Code were brought to me. After just a few sessions, I began to feel better than I had in years. That experience changed everything.

As my own healing unfolded, I felt called to learn these modalities myself so I could support others in a similar way. What started with family and friends quickly grew into something much bigger, and I eventually stepped away from my corporate career to devote myself fully to this work.

Today, I guide people through light-based, energetic, and cellular wellness experiences including Reiki, QHHT, Emotion Code, BioWell energy scans, Genetic LifeSpan, LifeWave, and restorative support through The Cove Chair. I also offer wellness products and crystals through my Holladay, Utah location.
